Guidelines

Prescriptor-EPS can apply guidelines from multiple sources, e.g. national, regional and local guidelines. Though regional and local guidelines share common ground with the national and international ones, they will differ in some respects depending on how frequently they are updated and/or what medicines are selected, procured and included. The use of these multiple sources allows regional or local medical groups to override or supplement the national guidelines to take into account local factors in professional consensus and procurement efforts.

All these formularies and guidelines are maintained in a centrally hosted web service. This web service can be interactively accessed by the medical record system of the physician and applied with Prescriptor-EPS.
